Individual Finals

How does one become an individual finalist?
The individual finalists are the topnotchers in their respective levels. The elimination scores of all NCR private school students in a particular level are arranged form highest to lowest to determine the cut-off score. All those whose scores are at least equal to the cut-off score qualify to become an individual finalist.

What happens after the test on Saturday?
The test scores will be arranged from highest to lowest. The top ten scorers per level becomes the Sectoral Individual winners for NCR private schools.

Correspondingly, there will be top ten per level from the public schools. The scores of the top 10 private school students and the top ten public school students will be arranged again from highest to lowest. The top ten highest scorers becomes NCR Regional Individual winners. The first and second placers in grade 6 level as well as the first placers of HS Cat A and HS Cat B will compete in the National stage of the contest.
